In this role, the Senior Solutions Architect will leverage expertise in Customer Experience (CX) and related ecosystems, including call center infrastructure, chat platforms, AWS services, and CRM integrations. Responsibilities encompass owning the technical architecture blueprint from pre-sales to post-sales, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring technical wins by managing stakeholder expectations. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates should have experience with telephony and contact center infrastructure (e.g., AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9), a strong understanding of integration options, APIs, iPaaS, and UI integrations. Proficiency in AWS, GCP, and Salesforce is essential, along with expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data systems. The role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders, and a consultative approach to solving customer problems.
