About the Role
As a Senior Solution Consultant within our Public Sector team, you will be the technical voice of Socure throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to government and education agencies, aligning Socure’s identity verification platform with their mission-critical needs around fraud prevention, access control, compliance, and citizen service delivery.
Working closely with sales, data science, product, and marketing, you’ll tailor solutions, lead demonstrations, lead mission reviews with customers, support RFP responses, and ensure technical success from first meeting through onboarding. You will also serve as a cross-functional connector, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders internally and externally.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales to support Public Sector business development across East, West, Central, South, and Federal teams, including product demonstrations, solution design, and SOW development.
Collaborate closely with regional Sales teams to drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the public sector.
