About the role
We are seeking a Principal Solution Consultant – Post-Sales (Platform) to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of our platform for enterprise clients. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless onboarding, delivering tailored solutions, and maximizing client ROI. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients and internal teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Product, Customer Success, and Support, to ensure smooth post-sales execution and long-term platform success.
What you'll do
Implementation & Solution Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end platform implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
- Collaborate with clients to define solution architecture, configure platform components, and tailor implementations to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and refine best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations.
Hyper-Care & Client Success
- Provide hands-on technical consultation during hyper-care, ensuring clients achieve stability and optimal performance.
- Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, and Support teams to proactively address issues and drive faster resolutions.
