Senior Security Consultant

Tenable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join their Professional Services team. This role focuses on implementing and enabling Tenable's Exposure Management solutions to help organizations effectively manage and reduce cyber risks. The position is remote, based in the Netherlands.

As a Senior Security Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding Tenable technologies, following industry standards and best practices, to deliver customized solutions that address vulnerabilities across a client's attack surface. Your primary focus will be on client billable work, ensuring the efficient identification and mitigation of vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge across the Tenable portfolio through hands-on experience and learning opportunities facilitated by the Professional Services Organization.

To qualify for this role, you should have over 5 years of experience in the Information Technology/Cyber Security field, with a strong background in professional services. A bachelor's degree in a related technical field such as Information Technology or Computer Science is required. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German is advantageous. You must be comfortable leading extended calls, ensuring all relevant topics are addressed. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex security issues across various environments. Experience with vulnerability scans, configuration audits, and security monitoring using Tenable products or other industry solutions is preferred.
