Senior Salesforce Developer
Experian is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Technology Team, focusing on delivering transformative changes within Customer Servicing. This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with UK stakeholders and must be willing to work UK shift timings to support business needs effectively.
Key responsibilities include leading the development of new functionalities and enhancements on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, ensuring adherence to coding standards and security guidelines, and reviewing code to provide technical guidance. The role also involves managing and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers and QA analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Additionally, the developer will translate user stories into technical solutions, work closely with Product Owners and QA to deliver high-quality releases, and take ownership of production issues to ensure timely resolution.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior developer role. Strong hands-on experience with APEX, Apex Test Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, Triggers, and Custom Objects is essential. Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange applications is required, along with knowledge of integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems. Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven automation concepts is desirable. A strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices, excellent communication skills, and current Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I mandatory; Platform Developer II preferred) are also required.
