Senior Salesforce Business Analyst | Hybrid
Alpega Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Global IT Team, reporting directly to the Head of CRM. This hybrid role is based in Sant Cugat, Barcelona, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our Salesforce CRM system. As a key member of our team, you will engage with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders at various levels to define and implement business requirements and improvements. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, designing and managing business process flows, and creating user stories. You will work closely with internal business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of CRM enhancements. Daily tasks will involve working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform and a solid understanding of its core concepts, including data and security management, user management, and process automation tools. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other European languages is a plus. Salesforce Administrator certification and experience with Agile methodologies are advantageous. Availability to travel once a quarter is required.
