The Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Lighthouse is a pivotal role within the Global Revenue Enablement team, focusing on enhancing the performance and productivity of the global sales teams dedicated to the Direct Channel Growth platform. This position involves developing and implementing effective onboarding and ongoing training programs, as well as creating enablement resources and processes to support sales professionals worldwide. The role requires close collaboration with the Revenue organization and cross-functional teams to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to achieve their targets and drive the company's growth.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering live training sessions, workshops, and resources aligned with business needs. The manager will develop scalable eLearning modules and on-demand training programs to accelerate new hire ramp-up time and continuously upskill the global sales team. They will own the curriculum for new hire onboarding, focusing on consistency in knowledge and skills through successful train-the-trainer initiatives and eLearning design. Additionally, the role involves identifying skill gaps and creating sales enablement resources to enhance team members' sales skills, such as prospecting, sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation. The manager will also conduct needs analyses, collaborate with stakeholders to define clear learning objectives, and embed the MEDDPICC sales methodology across the Direct Channel Growth Platform sellers. Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics and enablement program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed, is also a critical part of the role.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Learning & Development and has proven experience in sales or sales enablement, sales training, and coaching roles. They should be knowledgeable about sales strategies, methodologies (preferably MEDDPICC), and best practices, with specific knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel marketing. The ability to translate complex topics into effective training materials, experience applying adult learning theories and instructional design models, and competency with multimedia development tools for basic video and audio editing are essential. Strong creative and visual design skills for professional, on-brand courses and fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills are also required.
