Senior QA Automation Engineer
The Senior QA Automation Engineer at Experian is responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for consumer-facing IVR systems that support the company's Consumer Services contact centers. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in developing or maintaining automation test frameworks and tools, with at least 2 years dedicated to transforming manual test processes into automated coverage. A minimum of 3 years in software testing, including structured manual QA, is required. Experience with voice contact center technologies such as IVR, Call Routing, CTI, and Agent Desktop is essential. Proficiency in Cyara, Selenium, JavaScript, and GitHub is necessary, along with the ability to write clear and concise test plans and documentation.
