This role

PayJoy is expanding access to smartphone financing globally. We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the launch and scale-up of our Phone Finance business in India.This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Risk, and the India country team.

You will own delivery governance for India Phone Finance: roadmap, dependencies, execution cadence, launch readiness, and post launch iteration, partnering with India and global Product leads.You will act as the connective tissue between global product teams and the India market, ensuring that local requirements are properly scoped, prioritized, built, tested, and successfully deployed.
