This role

As the Senior Director of Engineering – Consumer & Lock Platform, you will lead the engineering organization responsible for PayJoy’s direct-to-consumer mobile financial products, including Phone Finance, Credit Line, and future credit offerings. These applications are the primary interface between PayJoy and millions of customers worldwide — powering loan applications, device provisioning, payments, servicing, and ongoing credit engagement.

The Consumer organization owns the full-stack delivery of these products, including native Android and iOS native applications, web views, APIs, and backend services. The Consumer teams work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, Lock, and Payments to ship high-quality financial experiences across multiple countries. These teams operate at meaningful scale and velocity and directly drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and credit expansion. The Consumer teams are centered in Mexico City, Mexico and Bogota, Colombia (with a few members in San Francisco).
