Senior Product Manager, Payments
Twitch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of its global payments platform, which processes transactions from customers worldwide and disburses earnings to creators. This role is integral to Twitch's mission of empowering creators to monetize their content effectively. The position is based in San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for Twitch's payments infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing the full payment stack and checkout experience across web and mobile platforms, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving improvements in core payment metrics such as checkout conversion rates, authorization rates, and payment costs. The role also involves leading international payment support efforts, including localization and compliance with regional regulations.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager, with a strong background in payments, fraud prevention, and monetizing digital products at scale. Proficiency with payment processors like Stripe, Adyen, Braintree/PayPal, and familiarity with global alternative payment methods are essential. Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and defining long-term product strategies is also required.
The base salary for this position ranges from $151,200 to $204,600 annually in Seattle, WA, and from $173,900 to $235,200 annually in San Francisco, CA. Additional compensation may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
