Senior Product Manager, Payments

As a Senior Product Manager for Payments at Twitch, you will lead the vision and roadmap for our payments platform, enabling seamless transactions for viewers across over 100 countries and multiple devices, including web, mobile, and TV. This role is pivotal in supporting Twitch's mission to empower creators by facilitating efficient and secure payment processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include owning the one-to-two-year strategy for Twitch's checkout and payments platform, coordinating dependencies and timelines across the full payment stack and checkout experience for web and mobile. You will be accountable for core payment metrics such as checkout conversion rates, authorization rates, refund rates, chargebacks, and payment costs. Additionally, you will continuously run experiments to test new features and improve outcomes for customers, drive fraud prevention and risk management strategies, and lead international payments support, including localization and compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager, with a strong background in payments, fraud prevention, and monetizing digital products at scale. Deep familiarity with payment processors like Stripe, Adyen, Braintree/PayPal, and global alternative payment methods is essential. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and defining long-term product strategies is also required.
