Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager at Fictiv, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next-generation Operating System for New Product Development (NPD). This system leverages artificial intelligence, automation, and deep manufacturing intelligence to transform how products are designed, sourced, and delivered globally. You will own and enhance Fictiv’s Manufacturing Quoting & Fulfillment platform, the intelligent backbone that facilitates collaboration among customers, operations teams, and global manufacturing partners. Your work will involve defining, prioritizing, and launching innovative technologies that significantly improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency across quoting, fulfillment, and supplier orchestration.
Your key responsibilities will include defining the long-term vision for Fictiv’s manufacturing intelligence platform, emphasizing the integration of AI and automation to deliver measurable value for customers and partners. You will identify strategic opportunities to incorporate machine learning models, natural language understanding, and computer vision into quoting, routing, and supplier selection workflows. Collaborating closely with AI research and data engineering teams, you will translate complex models into usable, scalable product features, and lead experiments and pilot programs to validate new AI capabilities before wide-scale deployment.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of product management experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven industries. You should have demonstrated expertise in developing and launching AI-driven products, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical applications. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related fields is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
