Senior Product Manager (Core Experience)
As a Senior Product Manager for Core Experience at Bitso, you will lead the development and enhancement of the central features within our app, focusing on user activation, engagement, and retention. Bitso is a leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America, dedicated to providing accessible and intuitive financial products to a diverse user base.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that guide new users through their initial interactions with the app, encouraging them to become active and long-term customers. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and launching experiences that facilitate product discovery, cross-selling opportunities, upgrades, and loyalty programs. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in consumer mobile products with large user bases. A proven track record in improving core lifecycle metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, or monetization is essential. Strong analytical skills, experience with product analytics and experimentation, and the ability to define and execute product strategies are also required. Additionally, experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across various teams is highly valued.
