Senior Product Manager, Community
Twitch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Community team, focusing on developing products that empower creators to build and grow their communities. This role is pivotal in enhancing viewer engagement by identifying growth opportunities and creating impactful products that strengthen the connection between streamers and viewers. The position offers flexibility to work from various locations, including San Francisco, New York, Irvine, Los Angeles, or Seattle.
In this role, you will delve into improving Twitch's key growth levers through experimentation and strategic planning. Responsibilities include developing a strategic plan for growth initiatives, particularly focusing on the evolution of the notifications platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product design, engineering, data science, and product marketing is essential to drive results. Additionally, you will represent both viewers and streamers in optimizing the end-user experience across Twitch's notification products.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of product management experience, with at least two years dedicated to consumer-facing growth, engagement, or notifications products. A proven ability to drive growth through experimentation, including running A/B tests and analyzing results, is crucial. Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a track record of defining and executing product strategies in fast-paced environments are also required.

The base salary for this position varies by location, ranging from $151,200 to $235,200 annually.
