Senior Product Analyst
Gong is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dublin. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product management and senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions that shape our product strategy and roadmap. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing product and customer data to uncover insights that influence product development and business strategies. You'll present your findings to executives and team leaders, build business cases for new functionalities, and monitor key metrics to identify trends and generate forecasts. Additionally, you'll design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data sets, ensuring data quality and governance.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience as a data or product analyst, preferably in a growing tech company. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required. Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation, experience with product analytics methodologies, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker are essential. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also important.
