OneTrust is seeking a Senior Principal Data Analyst to play a strategic role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position will work closely with the Product R&D team to ensure analytics efforts align with key business objectives. The role involves leading data preparation and transformation processes, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and ready for analysis.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights. The analyst will partner with business leaders in product, finance, marketing, and customer experience to uncover insights and identify opportunities. Conducting data preparation, transformation, and cleaning processes to ensure data integrity is also a critical aspect of the role. Additionally, the analyst will apply advanced statistical techniques, including causal inference methods, to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus, such as Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics, and at least 8 years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to support and drive critical business outcomes. Demonstrated success in supporting and influencing business strategy from an analytics perspective is essential. Advanced experience with SQL and Python for data analysis is required, with a strong preference for product analytics experience in a B2B environment. Some experience with Power BI is preferred. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities, are necessary.

For candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, the annual base pay range for this role is $139,050 to $208,575 USD. Individual pay is determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
