UX Research Ops
The UX Research Operations role at OneTrust focuses on designing, scaling, and continuously improving the systems, governance, and infrastructure that enable high-quality UX research across the organization. This position serves as the operational backbone of the research practice, ensuring that research activities are conducted efficiently, ethically, and consistently, thereby allowing researchers and product designers to concentrate on generating insights.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining research systems that support planning, execution, synthesis, and reuse of research across teams. The role involves managing tooling administration and governance, such as permissions, standards, documentation, and taxonomy for tools like Pendo and Maze. Additionally, the position entails building and managing recruitment channels, creating templates and guides for research artifacts, and collaborating with legal and security teams to uphold consent, privacy, and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong systems thinker with a service design mindset and experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research in B2B, enterprise SaaS environments. Comfort working in highly regulated industries is essential, along with proficiency in research insights management, recruitment systems, and analytics tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate autonomously across a wide range of activities are also critical for success in this role.
Compensation for this position ranges from $93,750 to $140,625 annually, with individual pay determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education or training.
