Senior Partner Manager (m/f/d)
As a Senior Partner Manager at Experian, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) to identify and engage suitable partners across various industries and geographies. This position is integral to Experian's mission of empowering individuals and businesses through data, analytics, and software solutions, particularly within the DACH region.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and executing partner programs by defining target profiles, qualification criteria, and value propositions. You will conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to evaluate potential partners, focusing on data resellers, software resellers, and referral partners. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, you will establish selection criteria, develop scoring models, and create targeted recruitment campaigns utilizing digital channels, events, and referral programs. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding process, set clear ramp-up goals and KPIs for the initial 6–12 months, and maintain regular check-ins to ensure partner success.
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in the B2B sector. Proven expertise in building and managing partner ecosystems, particularly with data and software resellers and referral partners, is essential. You should have a strong background in developing and optimizing partner programs and incentive structures, as well as experience in designing and managing pricing frameworks and margin models with a keen understanding of compliance requirements. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English, is required.
