Key responsibilities encompass coordinating and managing the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) review process, serving as the legal team's point of contact for the organizational contract repository system, and overseeing contract execution. The Senior Paralegal & Contract Negotiator is also tasked with drafting, redlining, and negotiating NDAs, as well as drafting and redlining non-standard consulting agreements, including those for Healthcare Professionals. Additionally, the role involves drafting Sponsorship and Grant Agreements and coordinating required compliance and internal approvals.
Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive drive to improve processes and tools. Excellent time management skills are essential, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, is required, including the use of Track Changes and document comparison tools. A good knowledge of laws and regulations related to non-disclosure agreements and experience with contract management systems are also necessary.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $105,900 to $152,500 per year, depending on the region. The role requires a set schedule with three days in the office per week, with the percentage of onsite work defined by the leader.
