Senior Paralegal

The Senior Paralegal will support the Legal Team of Bosch's Home Comfort division, focusing on contract reviews, legal research, litigation support, and daily operational tasks. This role is integral to ensuring efficient legal operations within the organization.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and managing standard commercial agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, distributor agreements, and purchasing contracts. The paralegal will conduct legal research on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters, and assist in managing active litigation cases, including document collection and coordination with outside counsel. Additionally, the role involves supporting corporate governance tasks and maintaining accurate records of legal matters.

Candidates should have at least five years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm. A strong understanding of contract structures and legal terminology is essential. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills are required, along with proficiency in document-management systems and e-signature tools. A paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA program or a bachelor's degree is necessary.
