The Senior Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal services to Bosch Group India, focusing on the mobility business sector, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, antitrust laws, and corporate advisory. This role is integral to mitigating legal risks, ensuring compliance, and supporting business continuity through effective contract management and legal advisory services.

Key responsibilities include offering strategic advisory on M&A transactions, structuring and restructuring entities, and overseeing capital market activities. The counsel will develop and administer compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, supervise regulatory requirements, and support business growth by facilitating transactional activities and providing effective legal advice. Additionally, the role involves budget planning, stakeholder management, and fostering a high-performance culture within the legal team.

Candidates must possess a law degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Indian law college, with a postgraduate specialization being advantageous. A minimum of 15-18 years of experience is required, preferably with prior roles in reputed law firms or as in-house counsel in global multinational companies. Leadership experience, including managing a team of lawyers for at least five years, is essential.
