Senior Order Management Specialist, Operations
The Senior Order Management Specialist role at Motive is integral to the company's operations, focusing on managing the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. This position involves close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support complex deal structures, ensure data accuracy, and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing the complete Salesforce Quote-to-Cash cycle, identifying and resolving technical issues within this process, and providing guidance on complex deal structures. The role also encompasses tasks such as quote creation and completion, order cancellations, account renewals, contract buyout quotes, opportunity stage amendments, package upgrades or downgrades, vendor finance deals, account audits, and mergers. Additionally, the specialist will liaise with various departments to resolve cases efficiently.
Candidates should possess a degree in Business Management disciplines, preferably in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain. A minimum of three years of professional experience is required, along with strong business communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, as is experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Familiarity with ERP systems is also desirable. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A self-starter attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in high-volume situations is crucial.
