Senior .NET Developer for Client Centric Team
GR8 Tech is seeking a Developer to join their Client Centric Team, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using C# and technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing new features based on project requirements, writing, testing, and debugging code to ensure functionality and efficiency, participating in code reviews, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving software issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role, with deep hands-on expertise in C# (Core /.NET 6+). A strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization is essential. Experience in designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements, as well as working with microservice-based systems and messaging systems, is required. Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases, containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes, and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery are also necessary.
