Middle Office Manager

GR8 Tech is seeking a Middle Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and enhance the workplace experience for our team in Kyiv. This role is pivotal in ensuring a comfortable and efficient office environment, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

The Middle Office Manager will be responsible for managing office operations, including coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies, and maintaining vendor relationships. Additionally, the role involves managing office-related expenses, handling invoice tracking, and preparing and monitoring the office administration budget. Organizing office events and team activities, supporting company-wide events, and collaborating with internal stakeholders are also key aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management or a similar operational role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication with various stakeholders and vendors, a proactive mindset, and comfort working with budgets and numbers are essential. Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher is required.
