Fever is seeking a Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of growth strategies within the sports sector. This role involves managing key partnerships and driving market presence in Mexico. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and expand Fever's offerings in the region.
Key responsibilities include developing and delivering a growth strategy for the market, managing commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation, and cultivating deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the sports industry. The role also requires balancing and growing a large client base and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive partner growth both locally and internationally. Staying updated on new and trending experiences in the entertainment sector is essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, strong business development and partnership management skills, and a self-starter mentality suited to a dynamic start-up environment. A data-driven approach to business and task prioritization, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (preferably Sugar CRM) are required. Knowledge of the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends is also important.
