Product Manager
Fever is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform, which inspires over 300 million people across more than 55 countries to discover unforgettable experiences.
In this role, you will lead a product squad, managing its roadmap and prioritization, and conducting sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives. Your responsibilities will include developing product features from ideation to release, gathering data, hypothesizing, conducting experiments, defining goals and requirements, releasing, and tracking feature performance. Collaboration with stakeholders across various departments—Engineering, Design, User Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support—is essential to break down broad opportunities into concrete, measurable actions that align with Fever's objectives.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and possesses over three years of relevant experience in product management. Proficiency in English is required, along with a proven ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle. Strong quantitative and analytical skills are critical, as is the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Experience working closely with engineering and design teams, coupled with strong written communication skills, is also essential.
