Product Manager
Fever is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform, which inspires over 300 million people across more than 55 countries to discover unforgettable experiences.
In this role, you will lead a product squad, managing its roadmap and prioritization, and conducting sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing product features from ideation to release, gathering data, hypothesizing, conducting experiments, defining goals and requirements, releasing, and tracking feature performance. Collaboration with stakeholders across various departments—Engineering, Design, User Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support—is essential to break down broad opportunities into concrete and measurable actions that align with Fever's objectives.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience in product management. Proficiency in English is required, along with a proven ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle. Strong written communication skills, experience working closely with engineering and design teams, and robust quantitative and analytical abilities are also essential. A high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced environment, coupled with curiosity and a desire to learn, will contribute to success in this role.
