Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager - Dutch & French speaker

This role is pivotal in expanding Fever's presence in Belgium by developing and executing growth strategies and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and nurturing deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and other key stakeholders. They will develop and implement innovative growth strategies to scale Fever's presence in the region, manage commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth both locally and internationally. Staying informed about the latest trends in entertainment and identifying new and trending experiences will also be key aspects of the role.
Applicants should have at least 4 years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, along with an additional 5 years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech companies, or the arts. Proficiency in English and Dutch or French is essential. A proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, strong business development and partnership management skills, and a self-starter mentality are required. Candidates should also demonstrate a data-driven approach to business and task prioritization, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (preferably Salesforce). Knowledge of Belgium's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends is advantageous.
