Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations

Twitch is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations to join our team, reporting to the Vice President of Finance, Analytics, and Business Operations. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and providing operational leadership within the company. The position is available in San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY.

The Senior Manager will lead the development of strategic frameworks and analyses to inform critical business decisions and long-term planning. Responsibilities include authoring high-quality papers and business review documents for senior leadership, conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify growth opportunities, and translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related strategic/analytical roles. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field is required. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven written and verbal communication abilities, and advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.

The base salary range for this position varies by location:

- Seattle, WA: $147,900 - $200,100 USD

- San Francisco, CA: $162,700 - $220,200 USD

- New York, NY: $162,700 - $220,200 USD
