Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations
Twitch is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations to join our team, reporting to the Vice President of Finance, Analytics, and Business Operations. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and providing operational leadership within the company. The position is available in San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY.
The Senior Manager will lead the development of strategic frameworks and analyses to inform critical business decisions and long-term planning. Responsibilities include authoring high-quality papers and business review documents for senior leadership, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify growth opportunities, and translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Additionally, the role involves managing high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders, and establishing clear success metrics to track progress and mitigate risks.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. The role requires a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects and the ability to influence strategic decisions.
The base salary range for this position varies by location:
- San Francisco, CA: $162,700 - $220,200 USD annually
- Seattle, WA: $147,900 - $200,100 USD annually
- New York, NY: $162,700 - $220,200 USD annually
