Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations
Twitch is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations to drive insights and serve as an operational leader and strategic thought partner. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, Analytics, and Business Operations, this role is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives and influencing high-level decision-making within the organization. The position is available in San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY.
The Senior Manager will lead the development of strategic frameworks and analyses to inform critical business decisions and long-term planning. Responsibilities include authoring high-quality papers and business review documents for senior leadership, conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies, and translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
Key qualifications include a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related strategic/analytical roles. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field is required. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven written and verbal communication abilities, advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R), and a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects.

- Seattle, WA: $147,900–$200,100 USD
- San Francisco, CA: $162,700–$220,200 USD
- New York, NY: $162,700–$220,200 USD
