Senior Manager, Operations
The Senior Manager, Operations at Point Digital Finance, Inc. will lead the Manila Production teams within Home Equity Investments (HEI). This role focuses on creating structure, instilling discipline, and elevating performance across multiple teams to ensure consistent results and long-term scalability. Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction and oversight to multiple operational teams through effective management of managers. The Senior Manager will mentor and develop direct reports, fostering leadership skills and ensuring accountability at all levels. Operational duties encompass overseeing daily functions across key areas such as Valuations Underwriting, Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Funding, ensuring processes are efficient, standardized, and scalable. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as an escalation point for complex operational issues, and translating organizational strategy into operational plans with measurable objectives.
Candidates should have over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in BPO, fintech, or financial services, including at least 3–5 years as a manager of managers. A background in U.S. mortgage, lending, or financial technology is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, coach and develop managers, manage production operations with direct responsibility for meeting KPIs and SLAs, and drive business outcomes under tight deadlines. Experience in scaling teams while maintaining performance standards and familiarity with forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce optimization are advantageous.
