Senior Manager, Legal Project Management

The Senior Manager will be part of the global Legal Project Management (LPM) team, collaborating closely with lawyers and clients to manage complex legal projects and portfolios.
In this position, the Senior Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of legal projects, including arranging kick-off meetings, defining project scope, and tracking timelines and deliverables. They will manage financial aspects, such as budgeting and cost tracking, and implement risk management strategies. The role also involves leading post-project reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the LPM team.
Candidates should have significant experience in legal project management, particularly in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. A formal project management qualification, such as APMQ or PMP, is essential. Proficiency in legal technology platforms, including extranets, eBilling software, and collaboration tools, is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
