Specialist, Marketing & BD Operations

White & Case, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Specialist in Marketing & Business Development (BD) Operations to join their Los Angeles office. This role is integral to the firm's marketing and BD team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives.

The Specialist will be responsible for managing marketing technology platforms, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting complex email campaign execution and optimization. Key duties include serving as a marketing technology advisor, assisting in the execution of email campaigns, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, with a background in marketing operations or marketing technology roles. Experience in law firms or professional services is preferred. Advanced experience managing marketing technology platforms, expertise in virtual and hybrid events, and knowledge of data privacy regulations are essential. Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or SQL is advantageous.
