Senior Manager, Global IT Operations

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Manager for Global IT Operations to lead and scale its worldwide IT Operations organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT, this role is responsible for overseeing IT Operations performance, service delivery excellence, employee technology experience, and operational outcomes across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will evolve IT Operations from a primarily reactive support model to a data-driven, automation-first, and increasingly agentic operating model, integrating AI, analytics, and workflow automation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
