As Senior Manager, Commercial Partnerships, APAC, you will lead the development and expansion of Klaviyo's channel and alliances ecosystem across the Asia-Pacific region. This strategic, hands-on role involves managing top-tier commercial partners in Australia and New Zealand, building a high-performing partner team in Asia, and developing reseller and alliance channels to accelerate regional growth. You will treat Channel & Alliances as a core revenue engine by implementing a disciplined, data-driven operating rhythm and embedding structured co-sell motions with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities include setting and executing the APAC Commercial Channel & Alliances strategy aligned with regional goals, driving predictable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and annual recurring revenue, leading and scaling a high-performing commercial partner team across APAC, embedding structured co-sell motions with Sales and Customer Success, designing a scaled partner motion for smaller agencies and resellers, and elevating partner experience through scalable enablement programs and strong governance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development within the commercial or mid-market SaaS sector, a track record of building and managing partner teams and reseller ecosystems, a strong understanding of APAC markets with direct experience in ANZ and Asia, excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, data-driven operational expertise in forecasting and pipeline management, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and demonstrable AI-first thinking with experience implementing AI-driven workflows to increase team efficiency and scalability.
