Senior Manager, Business Development Operations, Warsaw HUB

Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Business Development (BD) Operational Support Centre of Excellence within its Warsaw Hub. This role is integral to the firm's global strategy, focusing on delivering efficient, high-quality support across BD teams worldwide. The position involves managing a global team, primarily based in Warsaw and Delhi, to enhance service consistency and drive continuous improvement.

The Senior Manager will oversee a range of BD activities, including client relationship management support, research and data gathering, coordination of pitches and matters, marketing initiatives, and general operational and administrative support. Additionally, the role includes strategic direction for the BD Process & Data Operations team, handling tasks such as legal directory submissions, awards processes, matter intake data management, and CRM data management.

Candidates should possess significant experience in administrative roles within professional services or client development/account management. Key qualifications include strong project management and analytical capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in software tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work are essential.
