As a (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) at Continental, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the legal integrity of our corporate structures within an international setting. Your expertise and structured approach will significantly contribute to the advancement of our legal organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include comprehensive legal support to the Legal Team, overseeing corporate housekeeping, and managing corporate law matters across our German and European subsidiaries. This encompasses the administration of individual companies, drafting and managing shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and handling commercial register matters, all while adhering to relevant deadlines and regulations.

We seek candidates with a completed full legal education in Germany (2nd State Examination) and initial professional experience focusing on corporate law within an internationally operating law firm or company. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential, along with a strong economic understanding and the ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
