Senior IT Business Analyst (all genders)
As a Senior IT Business Analyst at Lucanet, you will serve as the strategic link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, transforming complex concepts into precise, actionable requirements that propel our product development. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, playing a pivotal role in shaping the growth and scalability of our SaaS products.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and documenting various requirement types—Business, Stakeholder, Functional, and Non-Functional—using techniques such as interviews, workshops, document reviews, and competitive analysis. You will create high-quality documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), use cases, and user stories that adhere to organizational standards and industry best practices. Additionally, you will model processes and systems through clear UML and BPMN diagrams to ensure a shared understanding of product behavior across teams.
To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and change management, with proven hands-on experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Advanced skills in eliciting Business, Stakeholder, and Solution requirements using structured techniques are essential, along with the ability to define both Functional and Non-Functional requirements with clarity and consistency. Experience in creating core business analysis artifacts and proficiency in UML and BPMN diagramming techniques are also required.
