Senor Legal Counsel

As a Senior Legal Counsel at Lucanet, you will play a pivotal role in providing business-oriented legal advice to the Sales department, focusing on commercial law. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Legal team, driving initiatives that enhance our contract management and legal tech capabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts for customers, partners, and suppliers, as well as continuously improving contract templates and playbooks. You will lead cross-functional initiatives between Sales and Legal, including process optimization and legal tech/AI projects, and administer and optimize our contract management system to ensure KPI tracking and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in SaaS contract negotiation. Fluent English skills are required, with German skills considered a plus. A strong business acumen and interest in legal tech/AI, along with a pragmatic approach to contracting in a multinational, fast-paced environment, are essential.
