Senior Integration Test Engineer
May Mobility is seeking a Senior Integration Test Engineer to play a pivotal role in the research and development of autonomous vehicle systems. This position focuses on bridging simulation and on-road testing by validating vehicle system behavior in controlled lab environments. The successful candidate will lead testing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) bench test setups and static vehicle-level simulated driving scenarios.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive HIL test plans that integrate autonomous software with system hardware. The engineer will perform bench-level testing of sensors and compute modules, execute static vehicle-level HIL testing by simulating real-world driving scenarios, and design automated test suites. Collaboration with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams is essential to define validation requirements and translate complex edge cases into repeatable HIL test cases.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field and have over five years of experience testing complex safety-critical systems involving software, firmware, and hardware, preferably in an automotive context. Direct experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop testing and system-level validation is required. Proficiency in Linux environments, CAN networks, vehicle communication protocols, and scripting languages such as Python or C++ is highly desirable.
