The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, talent development, and performance management. Key responsibilities include coaching managers, overseeing employee relations issues, and supporting core HR programs such as performance cycles and employee engagement surveys. The role also involves building strong relationships with managers to improve their effectiveness and ensure a consistent employee experience.
Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience, along with 6-10+ years of Human Resources experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations. Preferred qualifications include strong communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, experience with performance management processes, and familiarity with people analytics and HRIS systems.
The anticipated base salary for this remote position ranges from $138,000 to $219,000 annually, depending on geographic location and individual qualifications.
