Senior GTM Systems Manager

Karat, the world's largest interviewing company, is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Manager to join their Revenue Enablement team. This role is remote, based in Mexico City, and focuses on enhancing Karat's Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. The ideal candidate will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and interview operations to design and implement systems that drive customer acquisition and retention.
