Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Red Cell Partners is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team at DEFCON AI, a modeling, simulation, and analysis company focused on developing AI-driven software solutions for logistics and mobility decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to work in a mission-focused environment, contributing to cutting-edge technology that addresses national security challenges.

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and scale modern web applications end-to-end. Your responsibilities will encompass developing frontend UIs, backend services, APIs, asynchronous processing, and data layers. You will have end-to-end ownership of features, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and built to last, while collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver thoughtful technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have production experience with hash-chained audit, Merkle-tree sealing, and cross-language evidence parity (C# and Python). Proficiency in cryptographic evidence pipelines, PostgreSQL transactional guarantees, and AWS KMS integration is essential. Additionally, prior experience with DoD or federal ATO submissions and familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 AU family control implementations are preferred.
