Senior Full Stack Engineer - New Product
Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its New Products team, a dynamic group responsible for driving the company's most ambitious innovations. In this role, you will develop end-to-end solutions using both front-end and back-end technologies, optimizing existing products and creating new solutions that redefine possibilities for customers. The New Products team operates with a flat structure and fast-moving culture, prioritizing simplicity, speed, and impact.
As a Senior Engineer, you will tackle complex challenges, develop multiple solutions, and evaluate business and technical trade-offs to determine the best path forward. You will act as a leader and mentor, driving key technology decisions and deploying well-designed, thoroughly tested solutions that ensure reliability and performance. Success in this role means delivering exceptional work that sets the standard for velocity and results company-wide, while helping shape Klaviyo's future through experimentation, creativity, and executional excellence.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building high-quality products and systems, with pride in writing clean, high-quality code. You should have 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role, with strong experience developing end-to-end software solutions or extensive experience with both front-end and back-end technologies. Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and working in agile, fast-paced environments is essential. Additionally, experience with AI tools and workflows is highly valued.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $148,000 to $222,000 USD, determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
