Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Twitch is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A. This role is integral to guiding financial decisions and delivering actionable insights that shape the company's growth. The position is based in Los Angeles, CA, with options to work from San Francisco, Irvine, or Seattle.

The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Finance, Customer Trust, and Product teams, to support forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling processes. Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards, tracking key metrics, building ad-hoc financial models for scenario planning, supporting the annual planning and budgeting process, preparing financial performance reports, and creating presentations for senior leadership.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field, along with at least 3 years of experience in finance, ideally within FP&A at a public company. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in SQL. Experience in financial modeling and forecasting, particularly with exposure to SaaS sales and marketing metrics, is preferred.

The base salary range for this position varies by location, with ranges from $72,600 to $128,800 annually.
