Experian is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Technology Software Services & Innovation (TSSI). This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to work closely with a CEO who leads across regions, time zones, and functions within a global organization. The position is based in the New York City metro area and plays a key role in ensuring the CEO operates effectively by providing thoughtful support, strong organization, and coordination across strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include managing a complex, global calendar across time zones, balancing priorities, and resolving conflicts. The role involves coordinating high-volume meetings with internal leaders, the Board, and external stakeholders, as well as preparing the CEO with briefings, materials, and context to support effective decision-making. Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, the Senior Executive Assistant balances access while maintaining strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience supporting senior executives, including experience supporting a CEO or equivalent C-suite executive in a global organization. A proven track record in managing highly complex schedules, drafting executive-level correspondence, and working across multiple geographies and cultures is essential.
