As a Senior Event Manager at DiliTrust, you will lead the end-to-end management of events across multiple international markets, including France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the US, Canada, and the Middle East and Africa. This role involves defining processes, building strategic frameworks, and ensuring that each event aligns with the company's brand and drives business impact. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and regional managers to plan and execute events that meet local needs while adhering to the global strategy.

Key responsibilities include understanding the target audience and defining DiliTrust's participation objectives for each event to ensure relevance and effectiveness. You will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning and vendor coordination to asset production and post-event reporting. Managing the event calendar, planning, and execution processes will be crucial, as well as developing clear frameworks to appropriately resource events and set expectations for internal teams. Budget management, cross-functional coordination, performance measurement, and process development are also integral parts of this role.

The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in B2B event management, preferably within the tech or SaaS industries, and a proven ability to organize events of varying scales across different regions. Experience in independently managing budgets and proficiency with project management tools such as or Asana are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is highly advantageous. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build processes and structures, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency.
