Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Tebra, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to Tebra's mission of supporting independent medical practices by providing an integrated platform that combines electronic health records, billing, and patient engagement tools. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Demand Generation to drive the company's digital marketing strategy and execution.
In this position, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, budget, and performance of Paid Search campaigns, including bid strategy, account structure, and platform optimization. They will also provide strategic oversight for Pay-Per-Lead (PPL), Paid Social, and Programmatic channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Managing a team comprising a Manager and a Specialist, the role involves setting quality assurance standards, reporting on campaign success, and managing the digital marketing budget to achieve business goals.
Candidates should have over six years of digital marketing experience, with deep expertise in Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including managing high-budget campaigns and bid strategies. A strategic understanding of PPL, Programmatic, video, and paid social channels is essential. Experience in managing teams, with a proven ability to set channel strategy and delegate execution, is required. Proficiency with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, SA360, Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo is preferred.
